Ornamental Iron Finishes

PRIME COATS:  Intercoastal Paint’s fast dry industrial primers are ideal for ornamental iron fabrications such as burglar bars, fences, and security gates. 

These primers dry rapidly to produce quick handle times and faster production rates.  They provide excellent protection to the metal substrate.

                                    These Universal Primers can be used under alkyd, 2-part Epoxy, or 2 part Polyurethane finish coats.

FINISH COATS:  Intercoastal QS (Quick Set) Enamels are formulated to complement our industrial primers for this application. 

The DTM (Direct To Metal) products contain a half-pound of zinc phosphate per gallon for additional protection against corrosion. 

Like their companion primers, the QS enamels dry rapidly (30 minutes), which helps to improve production rates.

High Performance

FINISHES:  Intercoastal Paint’s catalyzed acrylic polyurethane finishes, when used over our Universal Primers, provide a “high-end” finish for those customers who desire superior quality.  These reasonably priced, durable finishes contain ultraviolet light stabilizers, and their cross linked density is such that they weather extremely well.
